Section 2-11-120Definitions. The terms "honey," "liquid or extracted honey," "strained honey" or "pure honey" as used in this article, shall mean the nectar of plants that has been transformed by, and is the natural product of the honeybee, either in the honeycomb or taken from the honeycomb and marketed in a liquid, crystalized or granulated condition.
