Section 12-21-68Proof of publication of notice. The publication of any notice in a newspaper, when required by law or by order of court, may be proved by the production of a copy of the notice, with the affidavit of the printer, clerk or superintendent of the newspaper specifying the respective numbers and dates of the newspaper in which publication was made, and such affidavit shall be evidence.
