Section 12-2-110Office created; appointment and removal of deputy clerk. The office of deputy clerk of the Supreme Court of Alabama is hereby created. Such deputy clerk shall be appointed by the justices of the Supreme Court and may be removed at any time the said justices of the Supreme Court may see fit.
