Section 12-17-225.8Provisions of division are supplemental. The provisions of this division are supplemental to any procedures for the enforcement and collection of any court-ordered sums or forfeitures. The provisions of this division are supplemental and shall not be construed to repeal any law not in direct conflict with this division.
