Section 41-8A-12Submission to Governor of annual budget and request for funds; request for funds by Governor in appropriation bill.

Annually, the Alabama Law Enforcement Planning Agency shall present to the Governor a request for funds based on projected needs of the agency, together with a budget showing proposed expenditures, and the Governor may include in his appropriation bill a request for funds to meet the financial needs of the agency.
