Section 4-2A-23Dissolution of authority. The existence and functioning of the Alabama International Airport Authority, created and functioning pursuant to this chapter, is hereby terminated at such time that the state receives official notification of the approval by the Federal Aviation Administration of an Airport Master Plan as prepared and submitted by this authority.
