Section 34-16-12Rules and regulations. The board may promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement this chapter and accomplish its objectives. The rules and regulations shall be published in the Standards of Professional Practice and made available to all licensees and permit holders. The rulemaking powers of the board are subject to the Administrative Procedure Act, Sections 41-22-1 to 41-22-27, inclusive.
