Section 33-2-74Use of surplus revenues of Port of Mobile facilities to pay operating deficit. If it shall be determined by the department at the end of any fiscal year that there are surplus revenues of the Port of Mobile facilities with respect to that fiscal year and an operating deficit of the inland waterways facilities with respect to that fiscal year, then any such surplus revenues may, to such extent as may be directed by the department, be used to meet any such operating deficit.
