Section 32-7B-7Nondiscriminatory application. Enforcement and investigative activities as they relate to the provisions of Act 2011-688 shall not be based on an individual's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, economic status, or geography.
(Act 2011-688,EFFECTIVE UNTIL JANUARY 1, 2013.
