Section 31-2A-143(Article 143.) Uniformity of interpretation. This code shall be so construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make it uniform, so far as practical, with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Chapter 47 of Title 10, U.S.C. in conformance with Section 272 of the Official Recompilation of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, as amended.
