Section 31-10-22Termination of benefits.

The tuition benefits provided by this article may be terminated for the following reasons:

(i) Failure to satisfactorily complete the Alabama National Guard military obligation.

(ii) Failure to maintain a 90 percent attendance at annual training and drill assemblies as required by the Alabama National Guard.

(iii) Four unsatisfactory drill performances in a calendar year while enrolled in the tuition benefits program provided by this article.
