Section 30-3A-904Repeals. Effective January 1, 2000, the following sections and all amendments thereto and all other sections and parts of sections in this code inconsistent with this chapter are repealed: 30-3-90 to 30-3-99, inclusive, and 30-4-80 to 30-4-98, inclusive.
No actions may be filed under these provisions after December 31, 1997.
