Section 30-3A-315Nonparentage as defense. A party whose parentage of a child has been previously determined by or pursuant to law may not plead nonparentage as a defense to a proceeding under this chapter, rather, such issue must be pursued in the appropriate forum of the jurisdiction in which paternity was established, and according to the law of that jurisdiction.
