Section 22-27-13Search warrants. The department or any appropriate law enforcement agency may apply for, and any judge of a court of record may issue, an appropriate search warrant necessary to achieve the purposes of this article within the court's territorial jurisdiction. The warrant shall be issued upon probable cause.
