Section 22-21-295Obligation of regional referral hospitals. As a condition of accepting the procedures of this article, each regional referral hospital in Alabama shall be obligated to admit for treatment all Alabama residents who meet the eligibility standards established pursuant to Section 22-21-294 and who meet the medical standards for admission to such institutions.
