Section 22-17A-5Renewal of license. The owner or operator of a tattoo facility licensed under this chapter shall apply to the department for renewal of the license under this chapter not less than 30 days before the license expires. Upon payment of the renewal fee prescribed by subsection (c) of Section 22-17A-3, the department shall renew the license if the applicant is in compliance with this chapter and the rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
