Section 22-14-35Costs of implementing article. All costs of implementing this article are to be borne by any person, firm or corporation which operates, constructs or maintains a nuclear powered electric generating facility within the state licensed by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission on whose behalf these inquiries are made.
