Section 22-11A-50Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) HIV. Human Immunodeficiency Virus.
(2) AIDS. Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
(3) HIV INFECTION. Infection with human immunodeficiency virus as determined by antibody tests, culture or other means approved by the State Board of Health.
