Section 20-1-77Requirements as to labeling. It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale in this state any enriched flour, enriched bread, enriched cornmeal or enriched grits which fails to conform to the labeling requirements of the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the appropriate federal agency or state agency with respect to flour, bread, cornmeal or grits introduced into interstate commerce.
