Section 16-47-93Annual report to Legislature. It shall be the duty of the board of trustees to make to the Legislature of Alabama at each regular session thereof a full report of its transactions under this chapter and of the condition of the medical school, embracing an itemized account of all receipts and disbursements on account of said medical school by those charged with the administration of the finances thereof.
