Section 16-47-7Books may be furnished law department. The justices of the Supreme Court are authorized from time to time to set apart and turn over to the law department of the university copies of such secondhand or superseded law books, known as textbooks, as they may deem expedient, the marshal and librarian taking proper receipts therefor.
