Section 16-47-6Rights, franchises, properties and privileges retained. In addition to the rights, properties, privileges and franchises herein granted, all rights, properties, privileges and franchises heretofore by any act of the Legislature granted to or vested in the University of Alabama shall vest and continue in such corporation.
