Section 16-47-204Governor may convey interest of state in museum lands to university. In the event the State of Alabama has or claims any interest in any of the land which is conveyed to the University of Alabama under the provisions of this article, the Governor of Alabama is hereby authorized to convey such interest to the University of Alabama by state patent, which patent shall vest title of said land in and to the University of Alabama.
