Section 16-47-134Report to Legislature. It shall be the duty of the board of trustees to make to the Legislature of Alabama at each regular session thereof a full report of its transactions under this chapter and of the condition of the nursing school, embracing an itemized statement of all receipts and disbursements on account of said nursing school.
