Section 16-13-76Moneys allocated under article or chapter not to be pledged. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to authorize any local board of education to pledge, for the benefit of any warrants issued hereunder, any portion of the Foundation Program Fund moneys paid, apportioned or allocated to it under the provisions of this chapter, nor any portion of public school fund moneys paid, apportioned or allocated to it under the provisions of this article.
