Section 16-13-231.2State Salary Matrix renamed. Notwithstanding Chapter 6B and other provisions of this chapter, and notwithstanding Section 16-13-231.1, the "State Salary Matrix" is hereby renamed the "State Minimum Salary Schedule." This provision shall take effect on October 1, 1998.
