Section 15-13-110Professional bondsmen - Right to interview. Sheriffs, chiefs of police, jailers, or other law enforcement officers having custody of defendants who have bail set, shall, upon the request of the defendant or upon request of a professional bondsman, provide a place of privacy for the defendant to be interviewed by a professional bondsman.
