Section 14-11-3Failure of witness to appear or testify on management and treatment of convicts.

Any person who fails to obey the summons of the Board of Corrections to appear and testify as a witness, or who appears as a witness and refuses to testify as to any matter concerning the management and treatment of convicts must, on conviction, be fined not more than $100.00.
