Section 13A-11-3Riot. (a) A person commits the crime of riot if, with five or more other persons, he wrongfully engages in tumultuous and violent conduct and thereby intentionally or recklessly causes or creates a grave risk of public terror or alarm.
(b) Riot is a Class A misdemeanor.
