Section 11-94-22Applicability of Article 5 of Chapter 6 of Title 8. An authority proposing to issue any bonds under the authority of this chapter shall comply with and be entitled to the benefits of the preissuance procedures specified in Article 5 of Chapter 6 of Title 8.
