Section 11-92B-9Ethical standards. All board members, officers, and employees of an authority shall be subject to and comply with the ethics laws of the state. The board may adopt additional, more stringent, ethics policies and procedures for defining and addressing possible and actual conflicts of interest among the organization and its board members, officers, and employees with respect to transactions in which an authority is or may be interested.
