Section 11-92B-25Sale or lease of certain real property by state. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, an authority shall not be subject to Article 3, commencing with Section 9-15-70, of Chapter 15 of Title 9, as amended or replaced, regardless of the prior ownership of any property or interest therein to be disposed of in any fashion by the authority.
