Section 11-88-111Effect of annexation or incorporation of area in which assessments for improvement made upon assessments, liens, bonds, etc. The subsequent annexation to a municipality or incorporation as a new municipality of any area with respect to which assessments have been made for an improvement pursuant to this article shall not change, alter, or invalidate in any manner any of the proceedings taken, assessments made, liens established, or notes or bonds issued under this article.
