Section 11-81-187Determination as to operation of system upon calendar, operating or fiscal year basis, etc. The ordinance authorizing the issuance of such bonds shall definitely determine whether such system or combined system shall be operated upon a calendar, operating or fiscal year basis and the dates of the beginning and ending of the same.
