Section 11-65-45.1Limitation of personal liability of commission members and officers. An individual member of a commission or any officer, employee, or agent thereof shall not in any way be personally liable for any liability, loss, damage or expense suffered by any person as the result of any action taken by such commission, unless such liability, loss, damage, or expense arises out of or results from the willful misconduct or wrongdoing of such member, officer, employee or agent.
