Section 11-54B-21Contracts for operation and management with other district management corporations. The board of directors of the district management corporation may contract with other district management corporations to provide for the operation and management of such other district management corporations. In addition, the board of directors of the district management corporation may contract to provide supplemental services outside of the geographical area of the district.
