Section 11-52-84Article not to repeal, modify, etc., existing regulations, restrictions, district boundaries, or ordinances. Nothing contained in this article shall be held to repeal, modify, or change in any way any regulations, restrictions, boundaries, or ordinances now existing or in force in any incorporated city or town in this state, and this article shall not be held to repeal Sections 11-52-70 and 11-52-74, but said sections shall remain in full force and effect.
