Section 11-50-9Terms, covenants, etc., in mortgages or deeds of trust generally. Such mortgages or deeds of trust may contain such terms, conditions, covenants, and warranties for the protection of the municipalities and holders of such bonds or securities issued by such cities or towns as may be determined and agreed upon by the governing body of such cities or towns and the persons, firms, or corporations owning such debts, bonds, or securities.
