Section 11-50-444Disposition of moneys received from operation of waterworks plant and system. All money collected from the sale of water or received in any way from the use of the municipal waterworks plant and waterworks system shall be deposited in the municipal depositories and shall be distributed by the board as required by the governing body of the municipality.
