Section 11-50-212Implementation of article. Each municipality and public gas corporation is hereby further authorized to enter into any agreements and to execute any instruments which their respective governing bodies may deem necessary or appropriate in order to effectuate the transfer and conveyance of a gas system pursuant to the provisions of this article.
