Section 11-50-173Execution of necessary agreements and instruments authorized. Each public corporation and municipality referred to in this article is hereby further authorized to enter into any agreements and to execute any instruments which their respective governing bodies may deem necessary or appropriate in order to effectuate the provisions of this article.
