Section 11-47-9Advertisement of municipalities - Authorized. All municipalities in the State of Alabama shall be and are hereby authorized and empowered to enter into contracts or agreements with any persons, firms, or corporations for the advertisement of such municipality or any function or undertaking of such municipality both within and without the limits of such municipality through the use of any recognized medium of advertising.
