Section 11-47-230Compliance with state laws governing competitive bidding. An authority and all contracts made by it shall comply with the laws of the state requiring competitive bids for any contract to be entered into by municipalities or public corporations including, without limitation, the provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 16 of Title 41.
