Section 11-44E-180Removal of officers and employees; appeal. Subject to the provisions of any civil service or merit system applicable to the city, and Section 11-44E-92, any officer or employee or a head of any office, department, or agency, may be removed by the city manager or other appointing officer at any time, and the decision of the city manager, or other appointing officer shall be subject to appeals therefrom, if any are provided by applicable law.
