Section 11-44-32Resolutions, bylaws, or ordinances generally - Form and voting thereon. Every motion, resolution, or ordinance introduced at any and every such meeting shall be reduced to writing and read before any vote thereon shall be taken, and the yeas and nays thereon shall be recorded.
