Section 11-44-153Subsequent elections not to be held within two years of preceding election. If said plan of abandoning the commission form of government is not adopted, after said special election called, the question of abandoning said plan cannot be resubmitted to the voters of said city or town within two years thereafter, and then the question to abandon said plan may be resubmitted in the manner provided in this article.
