Section 11-40-21Number of members on municipal boards, committees, etc., in Class 3 municipalities. In any Class 3 municipality, any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the number of members who shall serve on any existing or future municipal board, committee, or like body, shall be the same as the number of members on the municipal governing body unless the municipal governing body by a two-thirds vote of the total membership of the municipal governing body shall provide for a greater or lesser number of members.
