Section 11-3-17Operation, etc., of bridges over navigable, etc., streams - Authority where bridges in incorporated cities, towns, or municipalities. The several counties of the state, through their respective county commissions, shall be vested with the authority set out in sections 11-3-15 and 11-3-16 with regard to the maintenance and operation of such bridges, whether or not such bridges lie in part or wholly within the limits of any incorporated city, town, or municipality.
