Section 34-7A-6Board - Meetings. The board shall meet at such times and places as a majority of the members shall agree upon. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The board shall prescribe rules for its governance and shall adopt an official seal for the authentication of board transactions.
