Section 34-23-94Judicial review of orders. From any order of the board any party affected thereby may appeal such ruling to the circuit court of the county where the party aggrieved resides. The notice of appeal shall be filed within 30 days from the receipt of such order or ruling. Appeals shall be governed by the judicial review provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act.
